You can add shortcuts to Home Screen by long pressing any shortcut from the app's Main Page.

Quick tiles will automatically available on your notification quick tiles section as soon as you install the app. You can tap on edit button and drag to adjust icons as your convenience. Please note that it will not appear automatically unless you tap on edit button and drag it as per your need.
